4th korean class

phewwww... so yah... after our CIP in school... me and you jie noona went to our house to freshen up a bit... and changed clothings for korean classes... we rested a bit... had a mirinda orange drink... and went to cheers to buy KOREAN CHOCO PIE for our korean teachers... cause i promised them that i'll bring them KOREAN CHOCO PIE on our 3rd korean class...

we flagged a cab and went to simei mrt... we had lunch in KOREAN RESTAURANT in EAST POINT... then quickly rode the mrt... listened to our our dearest DONG BANG SHIN KI 동방신기 SONGS as always... and we revised our korean lesson when we reached red hill mrt station... i was really really nervoused that time because i haven't memorized the korean song that my 2 teachers taught me... so i trembled so much at that time...

okay... noona was pissed off again when we reached lakeside mrt... why??? of course... if you have been reading my previous blog entries about korean class... then you'll know why... but for the people who are so lazy and like couch potato that do not want to read... it's simply because THERE WERE NO TAXIS AVAILABLE AGAIN!!! so yah... noona was really tired because we had our CIP early in the morning that day... so imagine... we walked from lakeside mrt... to lakeside towers again... hayz... since me and noona was pissed off... i didn't took photos unlike the last time... so walked... walked... walked...

we knocked into the door of our korean class... and all our teachers saw us that WE'RE SUPER DUPER LETHARGIC ANG GASPED LIKE HELL!!! and oh yah... we're late for 30 minutes for our class because we walked... hayz... so they allowed us to rest for a while... and lesson started...

omg... i was stunned when they asked me to sing the song... hayz... the moment of truth came... and luckily... i revised a bit... first i read out the song... and they told me that my PRONUNCIATION OF THE SONG IMPROVED!!! then... they decided for me to try to sing it... so sing... sing... sing... i was also surprised because i was in tune already... so they gave the comment that THEY WANTED TO HEAR ME SING IT AGAIN NEXT WEAK FOR OUR NEXT LESSON!!! so of course... i'm super delighted when i heared such positive comments from my teacher... after singing the song... they gave me worksheet for conversation... OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!! for the first time... the worksheet was all in korean... except for translation... it was not transcribed or romanized either... phewwwwww... that really tested and improved my korean... so first my 2 teachers did the conversation twice... then after that it was my turn to read it up... at my first try... i read the passage so slow like hell... but it was okay for my teachers because other students we're WORST THAN ME!!! however... for my second attempt... i improved my pace and started to have INTONATIONS as well... and also some facial expressions... again... i was overwhelmed to see my teachers faced smiling away...

after korean classes... me and noona attended the bible class (also inside the korean class)... it was okay... but when the pastor asked me question if i'm holy or not... i was really speechless and do not know how to answer the question... hayz... cause he told us that if you have sins in your heart then that means that you're not holy at all... however... when JESUS died... he accepted all human's sins and that's why he sacrificed and save everyone from sin... and no men would have sin in their heart anymore... BUT!!! i'm doing sin sometimes... would that mean it will be erased??? right??? right??? right??? confusing you may ask for NON-CHRISTIANS... but for me... i realized that everyone is indeed HOLY... it's a matter if believe in it or not... but i chose to believe in the words of the BIBLE which is the word of GOD as well... compared to my own thoughts of doubting... well... for me... EVERYONE BELIEVE IN ONE GOD BUT HAVE DIFFERENT REPRESENTATION FOR HIM!!!

so after everything... went late dinner with noona in KOREAN RESTAURANT again... then went home... slept from 10pm to 8am the next morning for tuition... hayz... ^^

3rd korean class

omfaggot... i really really need to buck up a lot in my blog entry...

so much things happened this past few days... but i'll be starting off with dearest saturday...

okay... as you may all know... saturday is our korean classes... of course... it was fun being with YOU JIE NOONA (respect for older sister in korean)... everything went normal... met up with noona in simei... she ate korean food... and after that went to popular and buy all our korean files... whatever... whatever... whatever...

rode the mrt... for the first time never sat down... while we're both stood up in the mrt... we of course gossiped about dearest DONG BANG SHIN KI HYUNGS (respect for older brothers in korean)... we laughed and giggled like hell... oh yah... we also practiced our korean oral... all vocabularies... i revised dearest noona cause she's currently having a hard time studying korean DIPTHONGS (not the underwear okies...)... for me... dipthongs are really confusing... even i... sometimes... having a hard time reading it especially when it appears in KOREAN SONGS... KOREAN BOOKS... KOREAN SENTENCES AND PARAGRAPHS...

thank goodness in kallang... we had the chanced to sneaked out and sat comfortably... after that me and noona decided to rest our mouth... and listened to dearest DONG BANG SHIN KI 동방신기 SONGS again and again... as always... noona was carried away with all the songs... felt so deep in love... BUT SHE'S REALLY INTO HER YUNHO OPPA AND SHE'S CRAVING FOR HIM SO SO MUCH (it's a good hint for her next birthday present... try to bring yunho hyung...)

yahoo... at last... finally reached lakeside mrt station (imagine simei to lakeside... 1 hour trip... hayz) so yah... but it's korean class... we never regret travelling so far... luckily for noona... it didn't rained that day... so her WHITE SHOE NEVER KANA WET AND COVERED WITH MUD... the breeze was really overwhelming... however... IT WAS REALLY SCORCHING AND THE SUN ABLAZED OUR SOUL SO MUCH!!! so noona decided to take a cab... eventhough it was just a 10 minutes walk from the mrt station...

this is the funniest part... we waited for 10 minutes... and all the taxis were all hired!!! see... poor thing noona... she was really pissed off in all the taxis in lakeside... cause everytime we're there... there were no available taxis (it's been 3 weeks straight!!!)... so instead of wasting our time... i told noona we should better walk... cause at least the breeze was some sorth cooling... so yah... we walked... and while we walked... i tried ro cheer up dearest noona BY SINGING DONG BANG SHIN KI 동방신기 SONGS AND IMMITATING THEIR DANCE MOVES LIKE I WAS SHOOTING A MUSICAL VIDEOS... i sang at the top of my lungs... and finally noona laughed at me when i copied all the voices of DONG BANG SHIN KI 동방신기... of course all the passer-by's looked at me and smiled... cause obviously... the loved my angelic voice (NO VIOLENT COMMENT!!! CAUSE IT'S OBVIOUSLY TRUE!!! ^^)...

ROBOCAP CAMWHORING AT THE STREET... khai knew why...

very boring right??? hayz... so yah... class... class... class... obviously... our teachers and some students was still eating their lunch eventhough we decided to come late... hayz... so yah... after that... it's one on one time with me and my two 21 and 20 year old teachers...

at that time... i was really in the mood... cause i revised my korean conversation... hence... MY TEACHERS TOLD ME THAT MY KOREAN WAS REALLY GOOD AND EVEN THE INTONATIONS WERE ALL CORRECT... THEY'RE VERY AMAZED AT ME EVENTHOUGH I'M NOT FULLY KOREAN... ^^

so i was so contented so so much... however... everything changed when they gave me a song in korean calligraphy... and told me try to memorize most of the lyrics... so they played the song once in their iPod and speaker... but to admit... everytime i sing korean song or japanese song... it is in romanized version... so obviously... I HAD A HARD TIME READING THE SONG SO SO FAST... and didn't sang it properly... i know i wanna pursue singing career... but imagine... to memorize the song for what 5 minutes... in a foreign language some more...

so my teachers decided not to sing the song but to read it out loud... as i was saying just now... the song was full of dipthongs... and i had a hard time reading some dipthongs... omgfaggot... i was really embarassed... some more i was alone and got two teachers infront of me... looking at me closely... it was like 'O' LEVEL KOREAN ORAL EXAMINATIONS!!! pressure... pressure... pressure... i got my first scolding from my teachers... not really scolding but they talked quite loudly that you jie noona can hear it outside our room... it putted me in bad mood... so after going through 3 times... i somewhat can read faster and clearer... hayz... so after our class i apologized in korean "MIANHAMNIDA NOONA... MIANHE..." (i'm very sorry older sister... sorry...) but they just laughed and said that it was okay... no need to apologize... so that's the time i spoke respectful korean words... first time ever!!!

so we had bible class... read... read... read... explain... explain... explain... then after the bible class one 22 year old guy teacher... well i call him HYUNG as well... for respect... hyung talked to be about JESUS and what the word HOLY truly means... so yah... first time... i read the HOLY BIBLE in korean... but at the same time read the english version as well... since HYUNG had a hard time reading the english version... i volunteered to read it myself... so read... read... read... pray... pray... pray.... then after everything... you jie noona's teacher... you jie noona... ME... and hyung talked about korea... everything... the living system of korea... everything...

so yah... we finally went home... and i bathe and took a nap afterwards... but in the evening... we went out... but that'll be a new blog entry...

2nd korean class

omg... me and you jie wouldn't forget what happened in our 2nd korean class yesterday (july 5, 2008... 12:00pm... lakeside)

we're not expecting that a scorching day would turn out to be a rainy day... i mean... not only a rainy day but super duper flooded day for OUR SHOES AND SOCKS!!! yah... you heard me right...

when we left simei... everything was okay... me and you jie gossiped a lot in our favourite korean boy band... DONG BANG SHIN KI 동방신기... yah... in school... you'll see you jie being a quiet and smart taiwanese girl... but when you go out with her... everything changes... she's super duper talkative... like a machine gun that would not stop... i mean... for our dearest classmates... it is hard to imagine you jie like a machine gun... but yah... and she was over hyperactive especially when we're practicing our korean language... THAT"S WHY I TREASURE HER SO MUCH AND CAN'T STOP LAUGHING WHEN I'M WITH HER... and she knows a lot more than i know about DONG BANG SHIN KI 동방신기... like she watched youtube and other fan sites 24/7 nonstop... but overall... she was different in school and outside school... everything... i mean she looked so gorgeous... literally...

anyways... the point is... and the main story of this blog... omg... i'm writing so fast that i'm commiting tons and tons of typo errors... you can't blame me being so excited... biatches...

where was i??? oh yah... when we reached chinese garden... drizzles of rain suddenly appeared out of nowhere... so i told you jie that we'll be taking a cab from lakeside to lakeside towers... however... we're so petrified to see that the little cute drizzles of rain suddenly turned to be BIG DROPLETS OF RAIN AND THE RAIN WAS NOT RAIN ANYMORE BUT STORM THAT CONQUERED THE ENTIRE WEST SIDE OF SINGAPORE!!!

reaching at lakeside... we pursued our plan to take a cab... ahahaha... shut up... only i can laugh in my sickening experience yesterday... unfortunately... dearest GOD... punished us... every cab that passed through was all HIRED!!! yah... imagine we're soaking wet eventhougn we have umbrella... that was how we received free shower bath from nature... since there was no taxi and we waited for almost 30 minutes (our shoes a bit wet)... we finally decided to have a smart plan to just walk because the lakeside towers is not that far from lakeside mrt... so yah... we walked eventhough it was raining...

however... our SMART PLAN DIDN'T TURNED OUT TO BE A SMART PLAN AT ALL... me and you jie faced the wrath of rain... we encountered BIG PUDDLES... MUD... AND OF COURSE THE RAIN TORTURING OUR BAGS!!!

but for me... it was kinda okay... but for you jie... she was really pissed off but at the same laughing because i don't care eventhough i walked through the big puddles... however... you jie... WEARING A WHITE LOW CUT CONVERSE SHOES... suffered from intense MUD ATTACK!!! her shoes was covered with some bits of mud... POOR YOU JIE!!! for her to cheer up i sang so many DONG BANG SHIN KI 동방신기 SONGS... it helped a lot because she's trying her best to sing korean and japanese songs with me...

after all the suffering we faced...we finally saw lakeside towers... i tell you... after seeing the two towers erected on the ground... WE BOTH RAN LIKE HELL!!! we took the lift... and before we knock on our korean school... we cleaned up ourselves in the staircase... removed our socks... and squeeeeeeeezed our socks... our shoes... collected so much water that it can supply water for singapore... so we walked bearfoot infornt of our korean school and knocked... everybody was looking and gave us the face of "WHY ARE THEY SOAKING WET???"

I REALLY THINK THAT THE GOOD LORD WAS JUST TESTING OUR FAITH BECAUSE AFTER WE GOT IN THE KOREAN SCHOOL... THE RAIN JUST STOPPED...

instead of being so frustrated and whatsoever... me and you jie just laughed like there's no tomorrow!!! and i think that's a good way to end such traumatic experience with rain!!! so we just continued with our korean class... back to our normal-selves... oh yah... btw... you jie is in beginner class and i was in intermediate/advance class... so we did different stuffs during the 1st and 2nd korean lesson... but we both are having fun and will still continue our korean class every saturday...
